    • In partnership with the Missoula Food Bank, Franklin is able to provide this program for its community. The EmPower Pack is a weekend nutrition program aimed at helping kids stay healthy & nourished when school is not in session. Kids in the program are identified by school officials who recognize the behaviors & circumstances of children living in chronic hunger at home.

     

    EmPower bags are sent home on Thursdays and contain 2 breakfasts, 2 pieces of fruit, 2 servings of milk, and 2 individual entrees. 

    Enrollment is managed by the FRC.
